Our experts will conduct a diagnostic on-site, free of charge, to evaluate the condition of your equipment. They will then provide a detailed report on performance and safety-related issues, along with recommendations for solutions, including training sessions, repairs, and retrofits.
Supply of ONIS gaskets
There are only 4 seals on the slide gate and only 2 online, and there are no internal (backseat) seals or moving parts that can be difficult to change in the field. The advantage of this feature is that all seals can be inspected and changed if needed without opening the line. When the line is blinded, the full-bore seals are accessible and available to easily change them.

To place an order for new seals, please provide us with the serial number of your Onis products and the quantity you require. We will promptly send you the appropriate seals for your devices.

How does an ONIS device work?
An ONIS device is a mechanical device that allows a single operator to spread a pipe without the use of tools. This is achieved through the use of eccentric shafts that facilitate the sliding movement of the gate, which can be equipped with various accessories.
What range of products can you supply ?
Our manufacturing capabilities extend from 1’’ to 52’’, with a maximum pressure of 420 bars and a temperature range of -120°C to +650°C. Please refer to the product page for detailed specifications.
What are the standards applied to Onis devices?
There is currently no industry-wide standard for the design and manufacture of mechanized line blinds or ONIS devices. Flange-to-flange dimensions are specific and are determined by calculation results based on the ASME VIII pressure vessel code.
